No Match Rule to be rescinded in favor of E-Verify

When the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (under the Bush Administration) announced its Social Security No Match Rule in August 2007, there was immediate concern about its unfair and far-reaching impacts on employers and workers. The rule intended to crack down on illegal workers, and employers who knowingly hire them, by requiring employers to take certain steps within 90 days of receiving a “no match” letter alerting them that Social Security records do not match the employee’s W-2 records. Unions and employers, concerned that this could ensnare not just undocumented workers but those with database errors and name changes, filed suit and obtained an injunction barring the rule from taking effect. Now, we’re receiving word that it never will. DHS, under President Barack Obama, plans to rescind the rule, rendering the ongoing legal battle over it moot. The Obama Administration instead indicated in a press release that it will emphasize use of E-Verify:

“E-Verify is a smart, simple and effective tool that reflects our continued commitment to working with employers to maintain a legal workforce,” Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano said. “Requiring those who seek federal contracts to use this system will create a more reliable and legal workforce. The rule complements our Department’s continued efforts to strengthen immigration law enforcement and protect critical employment opportunities. As Senator Schumer and others have recognized, we need to continue to work to improve E-Verify, and we will.”

E-Verify, which compares information from the Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9) against federal government databases to verify workers’ employment eligibility, is a free web-based system operated by DHS in partnership with the Social Security Administration (SSA). The system facilitates compliance with federal immigration laws and helps to deter unauthorized individuals from attempting to work and also helps employers avoid employing unauthorized aliens.

We’ll continue to monitor this developing story and attempt to provide analysis of how it could affect employers, as well as what they should do to make sure they are following the law.

Now that E-verify has not been sacrificed for the business community, it should be implemented across these United States. Right now rogue states like California a self branded–SANCTUARY STATE–should be forced by federal mandate on every government employee to be vetted by E-Verify. This is including every industry, business no matter who is on their payroll. There is no doubt in my mind that both the Federal, state and municipal governments have thousands of illegal workers, who are hiding out in plain site? A huge purge across the board will open jobs for documented legal residents and citizens and start the extraction process of foreign national by self-deportation. Remember that California business and contractors have had the luxury of hiring cheap labor, without any restrictions for decades.

However the tide is turning finally within Washington and hopefully the insistence of –THE PEOPLE– drumming in their ears. The politicians have probably been stupefied by the barrage of irate voters calling for a permanent E-Verify adjoined to the Save Act. Under close scrutiny the people have demanded a double layer fence as originally designed by Rep. Duncan Hunter and upgrading E-verification, to enhance the search for illegal labor. The majority of liberal news desks, foundations, open border and free traders who don’t want their supply of cheap labor severed, have given no indication that errors in immigration status can be resolved in the Social Security local office. California should certainly be a goal of ICE enforcement, specifically Los Angeles County and counterpart San Francisco, whose Mayors, Judges and elected officers have taken it upon themselves to shield illegal immigrants.

They have allowed easy access to Medi-Cal and a whole host of benefits, that was to support the bone fide population. No wonder the Great state is sinking under a $24. billion red ink deficit? State government used their devious influence to table Proposition 187, before being filed with the higher courts. We must not let down our guard, because once upon a time when there was no communications through the Internet, our politicians could easily stamp on our rights. There was no instant alarm bell of what legislation was secretly being discussed in Washington. Now we know what our elected officials are conniving behind our backs. That’s why the American public has stayed ignorant and not so happy over the years. We only found out about laws afterwards, when it was too late to fight enactment.

We are already aware of a BLANKET AMNESTY being authored by Sen. Chuck Schumer, which will place upon the American people even more hardship in higher taxes to support illegal immigrants who have settled here. That is not even that is the main catastrophe? Although we are told that stricter immigration enforcement will be orchestrated , it will not stop the tens of millions who will swarm into America in the months to come? It will be like a human locust storm crossing our borders, in the hope of another AMNESTY? It is what the Council of Foreign Relations want? Unchecked, unfettered cheap labor as in their North American Union agenda. GOOGLE–the (CFR) and find their intentions?

The results of a BLANKET AMNESTY will not just be the irreparable costs attributed to feeding millions of more people, government benefits. But it will submerge us in un-reversible momentum towards OVERPOPULATION. From 305 million population–NOW–but an extra 135 million in 40 years. Don’t think there is anything I can add to what Brittancus or the article has said, other than let’s make sure we call our lawmakers.

I can’t say the ILLEGAL ALIENS are completely to blame for the shape of our economy, but they are a BIG part of the problem. The ILLEGAL ALIENS send BILLIONS upon BILLIONS out of this Country every year, money we will NEVER see again. Does this help our economy?

How about the BILLIONS the American taxpayers fork out for the ILLEGAL ALIEN BABIES, the schooling of them, the medical care and the list goes on, and on, and on.

How about the MILLIONS upon MILLIONS paid to jail ILLEGAL ALIENS for the crimes, then the cost to deport them. Does this help our economy?

Then you have these activist groups, the Catholic Church and the ACLU that want AMNESTY for these ILLEGAL ALIENS. It would be absolute suicide for this Country if AMNESTY were granted to the 20 million or so ILLEGAL ALIENS. We have more and more people out of work everyday and they want to add another 20 million to this Country? I say, “NO”!

If AMNESTY were ever granted to these 20 million ILLEGAL ALIENS, you can bet big money that 3 years from now, there would be ANOTHER 3-5 million ILLEGAL ALIENS demonstrating on our soil for AMNESTY.

An end MUST come to this illegal immigration. The perfect tool we have so far is E-Verify. It MUST be used by ALL businesses and Government Social Services. EVERY employee must be checked! If they are illegal, they are to be dismissed!

I believe it is time for all 50 States to pass a State law, like Arizona, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Missouri, South Carolina and a few others. It is time for these ILLEGAL ALIENS to go back to their home Country and get out of this Country. The problems they are causing will not go away until the ILLEGAL ALIENS are out of this Country. I think that is plain to see.

It’s time for ZERO TOLERENCE with these ILLEGAL ALIENS. It’s time for them to get back to their own country where they belong.

America is fighting for it’s very survival, and although we one some small victories like enforcement of E-Verify, it still doesn’t go far enough? We cannot stop hounding every Senator and Congressman to do the right thing for the citizens and–LEGAL IMMIGRANTS–of this country. Chuck Schumer’s AMNESTY or as they like to call it, a path to citizenship. The cost to US taxpayers, its so out there, the 2.5 trillion dollar bill as stated by the Heritage Foundation cannot even be imagined. Even thinking of placing on the table an another AMNESTY after the travesty of the last one in 1986, is unthinkable when the ordinary people have lost their homes, going to food pantries have their cars repossessed. It’s so incomprehensible that any politician, would even have the nerve to ever whisper Immigration Reform.

Just sustaining our own families, whether your black, red, brown or white skinned , with a roof over their families heads. Go to Europe to see the mess, the different countries are in, with uncontrollable immigration? To top it all, the people we elect are pushing for a revised health care system. These are Public Servants and they better be listening to the livid anger in the peoples voices.Yes! By all means implement a medical system, that allows two alternatives. Commercial for profit insurers that rip us off. Personally, I prefer a government universal health care for all Americans. But we cannot any longer subsidize businesses that reject their illegal cheap labor, and pay for the services, instead of burdening taxpayers with the bill. Same with illegal children of alien families, the employer should pay for every child’s. education.Of course this is not going to happen? It never has through four presidencies?

The legal profession who has a monopoly over the Capitol, enacted laws to make sure taxpayers carried the full burden of schooling, health care and all the other benefits meant solely for Americans. Every year they pile on more taxes as we are invaded by masses of illegal immigrants. Not just across the undermanned border, but passing through immigration and customs knowing full well their going to overstay their visa. Just look at the crammed schools in California–By no means the only–SANCTUARY STATE–and now their hemorrhaging from a rapidly exploding $24. billion budget crisis. Visiting there I don’t even recognize it anymore? Hardly any body there speaks the common language–ENGLISH. It’s like Americans have been banished to foreign country.

The warning bell hasn’t rung yet, but according to Chuck Schumer his going to force this new AMNESTY in our faces by labor day. We can stop them? Just send a fire storm of furious voices at their office staff. 202-224-3121 Do not release the pressure for one minute. Tell your cringing Senators and Representatives we want the 700 MILES OF DOUBLE LAYER FENCE. WE WANT E-VERIFY IN THE WORKPLACE IN-PERPETUITY AND NOT JUST FOR NEW HIRES, BUT EVERYBODY ON THE PAYROLL. FEDERAL INSPECTORS TO CHECK ALL BUSINESS THROUGHOUT AMERICA.WE WANT NO MORE AMNESTIES OR PATH TO CITIZENSHIP. WE WANT FULL LIGHTENING RAIDS BY ICE.

GOOGLE INFORMATION! ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION AND FIND OUT THE TRUTH FOR YOURSELVES ABOUT COSTS, CRIME & THE OVERPOPULATION EXPLOSION SOON TO BE UPON US. OUR POLITICIANS WILL TRY TO WEAKEN OR KILL THE LATEST AMENDMENTS. FIND OUT MORE AT NUMBERSUSA, CAPSWEB, AMERICAN PATROL.

Look jackass, you’re just talking out of hate and racism toward immigrants. The fact is that this cheap labor lets a lot of people live the luxurious lives they live. And if you ever got your head out of your ass to watch the news, you’d know that there are only 12 million immigrants out there, much less than your so called 20 million.
