Oregon evades 38 state West Nile Virus outbreak

Natural Resource Note:

The Center for Disease control reports that West Nile Virus levels are at historic highs.   There have been 1,118 cases in38 states, but Oregon and Washington have been spared in 2012 so far.   In Texas, 41 people have died.   These cases carry greater meaning because the season is still early for expected rise.  Chart below from the CDC.
