SolarWorld Manufacturing Inc.,headquartered in Hillsboro, has joined other manufacturers to file a trade complaint accusing China of “illegal dumping,”. China blasted the report and accused the United States of engaging in the same practices. Oregon KGW-TV anchorwoman Traci Barry decided to address the Solar World-China trade controversy question during her one-on-one interview with President Obama.
