A Southern Oregon farmer opened a 3,000-square-foot grocery store and deli counter in Phoenix called La Fuente Market & Butchery to give people a chance to buy fresh food knowing full well how their free-range meat and fresh produce were grown. It includes nose-to-tail butchery cuts.
