DEQ Nutrient Strategy Report and Recommendations

This week, DEQ published a report with recommendations that will help shape Oregon’s Nutrient Reduction Strategy. The report draws on public and stakeholder feedback and approaches used in other states to develop recommendations across seven DEQ water quality program areas. The document is available for review, with comments due November 13. OFS is reviewing the recommendations and will continue engaging with DEQ as the state develops its strategy.
